Job Title: Account Executive

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with businesses and organizations that can benefit from our temporary staffing services.

You will spend a significant amount of time researching prospective businesses through introductory calls, site visits, and sales presentations. Your goal will be to establish strong relationships with clients and provide them with the best possible solutions for their staffing needs.

You will work closely with our recruiting team to find and coach the best potential candidates for each open position. This requires strong problem-solving skills, personal initiative, and the ability to exercise discretion and judgment when evaluating businesses and professionals.

You will be responsible for representing Beacon Hill Staffing Group in the marketplace, building relationships with existing and prospective clients, and addressing their needs while pursuing new business opportunities.

Your success will be measured by your ability to negotiate and implement successful deals with clients, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth and profitability of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective clients through various channels, including internet research, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our temporary staffing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our recruiting team to find and coach the best potential candidates for each open position.
  • Manage client relationships, including client entertaining and ensuring seamless communication throughout the job order process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and explain complex information to clients and colleagues.
  • A love for working with people, with a strong desire to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • A tenacious degree of self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment in a fast-paced environment.
