Account Executive

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at PSR Mechanical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Research and identify new business opportunities through territory development, current customers, marketing efforts, and targeted vertical markets
* Establish strong client relationships and identify key decision-makers
* Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and close new business opportunities
* Develop and deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups
* Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external resources to drive open proposals to successful conclusion

**Requirements:**

* Associate's degree preferred
* Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
* Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to climb ladders
* Moderate lifting (up to 15lbs)
* Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on a computer

**Compensation:**

* Salaried position: $60,000-$70,000 plus incentive plan (paid as a percentage of sales)
