Job Summary

ROOST Baltimore is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Concierge to join our team. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Tasks: Assist with daily operational tasks, including the opening and closing of the business day, and ensure that all tasks and procedures are completed and followed.
  • Guest Services: Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and stays, and ensure that all guest requests are recorded and met.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping to ensure quality control and ROOST standards are met.
  • Financial Management: Create and post invoices, audit all reservations, and ensure that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Guest Complaints: Make first contact and monitor guest complaints, and work with the team to resolve any issues.
  • Training and Supervision: Train and supervise front desk agents on a daily basis, and ensure that all tasks and procedures are completed and followed.
  • Process Improvement: Help innovate, streamline, and implement current and future SOPs.
