Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ROOST Baltimore. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate the Front Desk team to deliver outstanding guest service and achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with all Front Office policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular department meetings and communicate clear goals and expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Previous Front Desk supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in property management systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
