Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
