Service Desk Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to employees and customers. This individual will utilize independent decision-making to research, respond to, and resolve problems, or escalate issues to senior team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user physical and logical security for various systems, including adds, deletes, changes, and audits.
  • Provide hardware, software, and network consultation and support onsite and over the phone for internal and external clients.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely fashion and independently investigate, research, resolve, and document end-user problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of business equipment, including computers, laptops, monitors, desktop phones, projectors, webcams, printers, copiers, and optical scanners.
  • Assist senior-level team members in various infrastructure projects and maintain current expertise in operation and application of standard workstation hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Net+ Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs of equipment unassisted.
