Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
