Help Desk Specialist

The Help Desk Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, prioritize, and document help requests from end users
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using diagnostic and tracking tools
- Provide in-person or remote desktop level support as needed
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or supervisors
- Track and document the help desk request problem-solving process
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years' related experience or educational training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Windows 10, and other software
- A+ and N+ certifications preferred; MSCSA/MCSE/MTA a plus
