- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Service Desk
- Competencies in IT Service Desk
- Essential skills in Service Desk Agent, OSS, AV, and SME OSS ITSC SME
