Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at FirstService Residential - North Region. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in empowering our Business Development Directors (BDDs) with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Business Development Directors' productivity across the North Region by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive success.
  • Collaborate with different departments to develop buyer enablement content that meets the needs of our BDDs.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new BDDs on buyer enablement content and sales tools, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and manage sales playbooks and tools to aid ongoing enablement efforts, ensuring our BDDs have the resources they need to drive sales.
  • Share important information and best practices with BDDs to enhance communication and awareness, and provide coaching and support to improve their selling skills and performance.
  • Assist in proposal/RFP generation processes when required, and provide training and support to ensure BDDs effectively use CRM, PowerBI, and other sales tools.
  • Develop new email templates and sequences for BDD outreach efforts, and promote automation and integration for efficient solutions.
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with teams to improve sales efficiency, and lead discussions to explore new business opportunities with BDDs.
  • Analyze opportunities to speed up the sales cycle using sales tools, and undertake specialized enablement projects as requested by RVP or sales leaders.
  • Regularly update the Regional Vice President on sales enablement progress, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on all enablement efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing sales training programs.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching teams.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM systems like HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Quick adaptation to new technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with self-motivation.
