Revenue Enablement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue enablement strategies that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing education for the commercial team.
  • Create and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, product guides, and competitive analysis, to support the sales team.
  • Analyze and refine sales processes for efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the selection and management of sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators related to quarterly OKRs to measure and improve enablement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication of product value propositions by working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, customer experience, and customer success teams.
  • Design, implement, and optimize programs from scratch or utilize existing programs to support our commercial teams.
  • Provide actionable insights to the sales team through collaboration with Customer Experience to gather and analyze internal, prospect, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to continuously enhance sales strategies and content while staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience as a Customer Success Enablement or Sales Enablement Manager.
  • Proven track record in the SaaS industry and experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle and methodologies (MEDICC, BANT, SPIN, The Challenger, etc).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in enablement tools and CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
