At Datadog, we're on a mission to empower our Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Services teams with the right information, skills, and tools to drive growth across the region. As a key member of our APJ Enablement Team, you'll play a strategic role in delivering world-class enablement programs that equip our sellers and sales leaders with the essential knowledge and skills to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and build a high-performing team of Sales Trainers to execute enablement programs
  • Develop and deliver live and virtual sales onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Regionalize training programs to incorporate APJ-specific deals, customers, and competitors
  • Gather program data and feedback to inform training program evolution
  • Embed with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges
  • Provide on-the-spot training and coaching, and curate workshops as needed
  • Champion sales and go-to-market enablement programs at Datadog
  • Drive change management to achieve our go-to-market strategy in the field

Your Ideal Profile:

  • At least one year of experience managing direct reports in a complex environment
  • Proven track record of leading classroom-style instruction and curriculum development
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with a high EQ and drive to help people grow
  • Agile mindset, with the ability to iterate and improve
  • High ownership and a passion for driving results
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented and empathetic, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a high-growth Software-as-a-Service or technology company
  • Background in Sales or Customer Success
  • Knowledge of DevOps or cloud technologies
  • Experience with Enablement Technology or Sales Methodologies
