Job Title: Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager

Verkada is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales enablement plans to support the Enterprise Sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Develop and maintain sales tools and resources, including sales playbooks, sales sheets, and sales presentations
  • Measure and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
