Sales Enablement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at Spark Advisors. As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs to ensure our Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) have the skills, resources, and tools to exceed their performance targets.
This role will play a critical role in Spark's go-to-market strategy and will have a direct impact on our future growth. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to own the sales enablement program for new and established SGMs across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver new hire training for new SGMs
- Design and deliver ongoing training for established SGMs
- Own sales enablement materials, education, and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- +7 years of experience as a sales training specialist or manager for a mid-market sales motion
- Experience structuring an onboarding program for high growth business (10+ new sellers)
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling processes and narratives
- Proven ability to adapt on the fly in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience delivering day-long or multi-day training to groups of salespeople virtually or in-person
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which make it easy for sales to action on immediately
- Strong organization and cross-functional skills to be able to work with experts from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product
- Experience with Hubspot, Google Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
