Revenue Enablement Specialist

At Hyperexponential, we're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations & Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for onboarding new revenue team members and supporting enablement across our other revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enablement programs to enhance skills, techniques, and knowledge across the Revenue team.
  • Contribute to refining enablement programs for rapid and effective onboarding of new team members.
  • Create and maintain playbooks across the revenue team.
  • Identify gaps in existing activities and processes, and implement initiatives to address them.
  • Monitor the impact of enablement on key metrics in the revenue funnel, and set up reporting to do so.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience at a SaaS company, preferably in the sales enablement, consulting, marketing, or training & coaching departments.
  • Great communication skills, able to lead workshops and learning sessions.
  • Are a content creator who can create materials in different formats (written, infographic, video and audio) to produce market leading collateral.
  • Are innovative, creative, impactful, and a resourceful contributor who likes to collaborate with varied teams and roles.
