About the Role

Datasite is a leading provider of technology solutions for mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other critical capital transactions. As a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will play a key role in driving productivity, client adoption, and value for Datasite's sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure sellers have the necessary product knowledge, solution value, and sales process expertise.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create corporate sales curricula and training programs aligned with new product introductions and strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sellers to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement strategic changes to drive business growth.
  • Support global sales enablement and training initiatives as needed.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in M&A or fintech. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
