Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance sales knowledge and skills
- Create and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and tools to optimize sales performance
- Lead and guide sales employees through onboarding, preparing them for commercial interactions and assessing readiness
- Analyze and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
- Proven track record of implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
