Role Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role within Poshmark's Monetization division. This team is responsible for our flagship offering, Promoted Closet, which is a paid marketing solution designed to enhance seller success and generate additional revenue for our platform. In this capacity, you will focus on expanding the number of sellers utilizing Promoted Closet, engaging with millions of users through various channels to acquire, retain, and re-engage sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive seller growth through effective strategies for acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  2. Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns that connect with sellers via email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  3. Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion funnels throughout the seller experience.
  4. Develop a quarterly roadmap of innovative ideas and tactics aimed at achieving seller growth objectives.
  5. Utilize a data-driven methodology to test and assess all communications and user experiences, ensuring they positively influence key metrics.
  6. Collaborate across departments including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing Operations to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives and progress towards established goals.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in developing and analyzing lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels.
  2. Experience with A/B testing, including the ability to design and execute a comprehensive testing strategy.
  3. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  4. Familiarity with using financial incentives to motivate user behavior and drive business outcomes.
  5. Experience with marketing automation tools is preferred.
  6. A principled approach that prioritizes customer needs while balancing business objectives.
  7. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Preferred: Marketing experience with small to medium-sized enterprises.

Compensation: $137,000 - $199,500 Annual
