About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role within Poshmark's Monetization division. This team is responsible for the flagship product, Promoted Closet, which serves as a paid marketing solution designed to enhance seller success and generate additional revenue for the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive seller growth through effective strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  2. Design and implement lifecycle marketing initiatives to engage sellers throughout their journey on Poshmark, utilizing various communication channels.
  3. Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and funnels that track seller interactions.
  4. Develop a quarterly roadmap of innovative ideas and tactics aimed at achieving seller growth objectives.
  5. Adopt a data-driven methodology: rigorously test and assess all marketing communications to ensure they positively influence key metrics.
  6. Collaborate across departments, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing Operations, to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  7. Analyze and report on the outcomes of projects and progress towards established goals.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong background in creating and analyzing lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels.
  2. Proven experience in A/B testing, with a successful history of developing and executing testing strategies.
  3. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data-led decision-making.
  4. Experience in utilizing financial incentives to drive user engagement and business outcomes.
  5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.
  6. A principled approach that prioritizes customer needs while balancing business objectives.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  8. Preferred: Experience in marketing for small to medium-sized enterprises.

Compensation: $137,000 - $199,500 annually
