In partnership with our Sales Executives, you will tackle complex, mission-critical challenges and guide clients through their digital transformation journeys. You will become a specialist in the complete quote-to-cash process for enterprise clients across various sales channels. Your technical expertise will be vital in demonstrating how Zuora enables major corporations to achieve new levels of growth in the era of comprehensive monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo comprehensive onboarding and training to master Zuora's product offerings and technical capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic ally to our Enterprise Sales team, contributing to the achievement of quarterly revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor, assisting prospects in their transition to a subscription-based business model.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for executive-level audiences, showcasing how Zuora's platform can drive their business success.
  • Develop tailored, use case-specific demonstrations aligned with the strategic goals of prospects across various sectors.
  • Secure technical victories by differentiating Zuora from competitors, addressing technical objections, and alleviating concerns that may hinder deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to influence our product roadmap based on client feedback.
  • Work closely with solution architects to devise comprehensive design strategies.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives at industry events through product demonstrations and technical expertise.
  • Respond to technical inquiries in RFI/RFP processes.
  • Travel as necessary within your designated sales territory.

Qualifications for Success

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales Solutions Consultant role.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to become an expert in the quote-to-cash cycle for enterprise clients within the Subscription Economy.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, capable of leading discussions for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in business value selling and familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of subscription and recurring revenue business models.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Selling).
  • Basic knowledge of API development and programming languages (e.g., PHP, Ruby, Java).
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in FinTech.
