Position Overview:

Cycles Consulting, Inc. is actively seeking a Junior Marketing Strategist to contribute to our growth in the marketing sector. As we expand our operations, we require a dedicated full-time professional to enhance our clients' marketing and sales approaches through our industry expertise and significant experience in Business Partnerships.

The Marketing Development Associate will play a crucial role in assessing client knowledge, including new offerings, services, and enhancements available to our customers.

This position involves managing our market territory, addressing escalations and promotions, determining pricing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive monthly growth in client accounts through ongoing improvements and increased sales and market revenue.
  • Market our brand to new clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, setting prices, promoting listings, and identifying suitable products.
  • Engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Stay informed about local businesses to monitor competitors' strategies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Utilize existing sales systems to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Plan and execute corporate and departmental initiatives, policies, and procedures for our organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with prior customer service or cashier experience in a retail setting. A High School Diploma or equivalent is also acceptable. We seek a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
