Senior Marketing Manager, Monetization

Location: Remote

About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role within Poshmark's Monetization division. This team is responsible for the flagship product, Promoted Closet — a premium marketing solution designed to enhance seller success on Poshmark while generating additional revenue for the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive seller growth through acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies.
  2. Design and implement lifecycle marketing initiatives to connect with sellers throughout their journey on Poshmark, utilizing various communication channels.
  3. Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and funnels within the seller experience.
  4. Develop a quarterly roadmap of innovative ideas and tactics aimed at achieving seller growth objectives.
  5. Adopt a data-driven methodology: assess and analyze all communications and experiences to ensure they positively influence key performance metrics.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives and progress towards established goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong background in developing and analyzing lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels.
  2. Proven expertise in A/B testing, with a successful history of creating and executing testing strategies.
  3. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data-informed decision-making.
  4. Experience leveraging financial incentives to drive user engagement and business outcomes.
  5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.
  6. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on balancing customer value and business objectives.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  8. Preferred: Experience in marketing for small to medium-sized enterprises.

Compensation: $137,000 - $199,500 annually
