At LUXOTTICA OF AMERICA INC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and addressing their needs and concerns
  • Partner with lab personnel to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Utilize analytical tools and software applications to manage territory accounts and drive sales growth
  • Conduct highly effective account seminars and presentations to large and small audiences
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
