Account Executive

ExamWorks is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team in the North/Central New Jersey territory. This role will involve identifying and engaging new clients, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and be able to adapt to changing market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new clients, while expanding relationships with existing ones.
- Develop and execute territory plans informed by market and client feedback.
- Lead client engagement efforts, emphasizing face-to-face interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events to bolster client relationships.
- Manage client concerns and feedback, focusing on strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales, or at least 3 years of experience in outside sales.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Frequent travel within the territory to provide exceptional customer service and prospect new clients.
- Proficient in CRM software for efficient client management and sales tracking.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret market trends and identify business opportunities.
