Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Claim Account Executive to join our team at THE TRAVELERS INDEMNITY COMPANY. As a key member of our CSS Claim Account Executive team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage claim programs for a portfolio of business insurance customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting organizational financial objectives.
  • Leverage multi-line claim product/service knowledge to effectively market services to agents, brokers, and customers, driving new business and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to understand their goals and objectives, aligning focus to enhance and support their objectives.
  • Educate and train internal business partners, agents, and brokers on Travelers CSS Claim services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing, underwriting, and account management processes, with a focus on multi-line insurance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to prepare for and present at meetings.
  • Understanding of business objectives and the ability to recognize and act on opportunities to achieve financial results.
  • Three years of Claim experience and three years of Insurance industry experience, with a valid Driver's License.
