Account Executive

Alvita Care is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the healthcare ecosystem, including senior living communities, geriatric care managers, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to build brand awareness and secure new clients for Alvita Care.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Represent Alvita Care in networking groups, at events, and in other community settings to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Respond to prospective client inquiries and provide information to help them make informed decisions about their care.
  • Conduct assessments with prospective clients, address their questions and concerns, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure that care plans meet clients' needs and stakeholders are satisfied.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity in the HubSpot platform.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing, social media platforms, and Google products.
  • Ability to use market intelligence, analytics, and data to make informed decisions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Current driver's license and proof of insurance; ability to travel 90% of the time in the field within assigned territory.
