Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales efforts of our company in a specific geographic area. You will lead a team of account managers to achieve sales and marketing goals, while partnering with operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture key demographics and drive business growth.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key and strategic accounts, while driving company brand and sales objectives.
  • Establish sales objectives and forecasts, while working with the Vice President of Sales to develop long-term sales strategies.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor team members to ensure professional development, growth of skills and abilities, and business acumen.
  • Develop succession planning and career path strategies for account managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience and education.
  • Three to five years of supervisory experience in sales and business development.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability.
