Key Responsibilities:

The Regional, Area, and District Manager is tasked with enhancing both revenue (sales) and profitability (profit) within the designated territory while aligning with regional financial and strategic goals. This role involves effective management of branch operations, sales, and customer service initiatives. All personnel are expected to uphold and advocate for the company’s mission, core beliefs, and philosophies, ensuring Superior Customer Service in every aspect of their work.

  • Act as the principal driver of sales, operations, and profit generation for your designated region.
  • Guarantee that each branch is led by a competent manager, with a strong recruitment team and a successful sales strategy through hiring, training, developing, and coaching on effective operational and sales practices.
  • Ensure that recruitment and service operations achieve 100% on-time order fulfillment.
  • Hold branch teams, business development managers, and On-Site personnel accountable for meeting or surpassing performance expectations by clearly articulating goals, equipping them with essential tools, training, and resources, providing timely feedback, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Direct initiatives aimed at enhancing results and achieving growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant government regulations across all branches in your region.
  • Maintain regular and balanced engagement with clients, branch teams, sales personnel, and on-site staff within the region.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multi-location management capacity is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel between branches and client locations.
