Regional Sales Manager

As a key contributor to Snap Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the rapid growth of our fintech platform while empowering customers and team members.

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of developing people and collaborating across various external and internal partners. Prior experience in retail and B2B is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting field training and ride-alongs with Area Sales Managers
  • Monitoring, appraising, and reviewing ASM job performance through portfolio reviews
  • Participating in the recruiting and hiring process
  • Resolving questions, problems, and issues that arise in the field and escalating them as needed
  • Achieving expansion targets and executing a transactional sales cycle
  • Proactively focusing on results, outcomes, and achievements, persistently overcoming obstacles as they arise
  • Account and pipeline management
  • Working with the team to capture insights and provide ideas for evolving to meet client needs
