Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating product adoption and enhancing portfolio growth in the assigned region. You will leverage DermTech's resources to drive sales and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain or exceed assigned sales goals through account creation, consultative selling, and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
  • Demonstrate effective selling and account development skills, applying DermTech's market development selling principles in a professional manner.
  • Develop partnerships with account influencers and decision makers, build loyal relationships, and motivate customers to become product advocates.
  • Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and VIP customers.
  • Maintain high-level support and communication to leverage influence and enhance regional brand awareness and advocacy.
  • Ensure a working knowledge of disease state and Gene Expression Profiling (GEP) technology.
  • Understand and convey knowledge of local market dynamics, including clinical and payer influences.
  • Build and execute strategies to positively impact the local marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the Managed Care team on payor access initiatives.
  • Develop and execute geographic selling plans to implement the marketing plan and meet sales objectives.
  • Meet new customer creation and current customer development call activity goals across the product portfolio.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of medical-related sales experience, with a focus on dermatological sales.
  • Advanced selling and consulting skills, with a strong ability to develop loyal and substantive relationships.
  • Account management experience or transferable skills, with a focus on implementing in-office initiatives across multiple influencers.
  • Goal and quota management proficiency, with a strong leadership disposition.
  • Solution and problem-solving orientation, with a collaborative and selfless approach.
