Position Overview:

Forefront Living is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing extensive administrative support to our office personnel while ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized files.
  • Oversee the operation of the CRM database to ensure accurate data management.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Assist in organizing community tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate special projects and events to promote our services.
  • Ensure precise documentation of financial transactions and assist in budget reconciliation.
  • Support the sales team with timely communication and customer service.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospects and team members.
  • Prepare and execute marketing materials, including email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to three years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and CRM systems.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and a positive attitude.
