Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to, marketing specialty products and services related to:
Neuromuscular Neurology (IVIG, SCIG, etc.),
Oncology (oral, injectable, IV, supportive medications, etc.), and various other products and specialties.
- As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, you may be required to collaborate closely with colleagues within the organization for planning, training, optimal performance, or other professional objectives.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships with all targeted clients.
- Identify and cultivate new referral sources through prospecting and outreach efforts.
- Design and implement innovative promotional sales campaigns and targeted marketing strategies to enhance market visibility for Vodastra.
- Establish collaborative working relationships with all pharmaceutical counterparts and their respective therapeutic areas.
- Regularly collaborate with internal operations personnel to ensure a seamless flow of information between clients, accounts, and the pharmacy.
- Execute all targeted sales and marketing plans with meticulous attention to detail and timely follow-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capability to successfully achieve project objectives.
- Strong team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S) from an accredited four-year institution is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Specialty Sales/Home Infusion Pharmacy is required.
- Active Book of Business.
- Five years of experience in outside pharmaceutical sales.
- A demonstrated sales record showcasing achievements and success.
- Promotional and Sales Strategies: Drive business opportunities and revenue through the promotion and sale of specialty products.
- Complex and Technical Information: Deliver detailed information to ensure appropriate product use by healthcare professionals.
- Marketing Focus: Specialize in products related to Neuromuscular Neurology (e.g., IVIG, SCIG) and Oncology (e.g., oral, injectable, IV medications).
- Customer Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with targeted clients and new referral sources.
- Sales Campaigns: Create and execute innovative promotional sales campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for planning, training, and optimal performance.
- Execution: Implement sales and marketing strategies with precision and timely follow-up.
- Driver's License and Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of specialty sales/home infusion pharmacy experience required; 5 years of outside pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Track Record: Proven sales history demonstrating accomplishments and success.
- Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
