Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will collaborate with clients to identify their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with clients by assisting both in-person and over the phone, while upholding the company's professional image.
- Efficiently manage product processing, ensuring timely distribution to customers.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct accurate data entry for sales orders to generate invoices for products designated for pickup or delivery, ensuring proper payment collection in line with company protocols.
- Assess warranty items at the counter according to manufacturer policies and customer requirements.
- Provide estimated delivery dates based on an understanding of vendor production and shipping timelines.
- Support receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience of 1+ years in a similar sales support role.
- Capability to lift up to 100 pounds using a dolly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment managing inventory and customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with relevant product lines such as pool supplies or construction materials is advantageous.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
