Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Marketing Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting commercial real estate brokers within the National Net Lease division. This position is responsible for implementing both corporate marketing strategies and regional marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will significantly contribute to the success of SRS' leading net lease brokers and enhance the visibility of the SRS brand within the industry.

This role demands a proactive, customer-oriented mindset and offers a comprehensive marketing position with opportunities to expand knowledge and experience across various marketing disciplines, graphic design, analytics, and commercial real estate. The position provides access to top-tier marketing software, tools, and templates, along with continuous training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Initiatives

  • Develop and distribute marketing materials, including website listings, emails, and marketing packages.
  • Execute email campaigns featuring property listings, market updates, and events.
  • Manage and update property listings and client information on platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet.
  • Ensure all communications and marketing materials align with the SRS brand and adhere to established brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Apto (Salesforce-based business management software) to assist brokers in monitoring their listings and business development efforts.
  • Maintain and segment contact databases and email distribution lists.
  • Support the preparation of documents related to property listings, including reporting spreadsheets and press releases.
  • Create both print and digital marketing packages and presentations for property listings.
  • Assist research analysts with creating market aerial maps and conducting demographic and traffic count research as necessary.
  • Support marketing-related computer tasks, including email signatures and document styling according to SRS brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Collaborative team player with a customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, graphic design, advertising, finance, or business.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of grammar.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience in email marketing, public relations, social media, and database management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
