The Marketing Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting commercial real estate professionals within the National Net Lease division. This position is responsible for implementing both corporate marketing strategies and localized initiatives.

The ideal candidate will significantly contribute to the success of SRS' leading net lease brokers and enhance the visibility of the SRS brand within the sector.

This role demands a proactive, customer-oriented mindset and offers a comprehensive marketing position with opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise across various marketing disciplines, graphic design, analytics, and commercial real estate. The position provides access to top-tier marketing software, tools, and templates, along with continuous training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Initiatives

  • Develop and distribute marketing collateral, including website listings, email campaigns, and marketing packages.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, featuring property listings, market summaries, and event notifications.
  • Manage and update property listings and client databases on platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, and other relevant sites.
  • Ensure all marketing communications, presentations, and materials uphold the SRS brand identity and adhere to established brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Apto (Salesforce-based management software) to assist brokers in monitoring their listings and business development efforts.
  • Maintain and segment contact databases, email distribution lists, and event invitation lists.
  • Support the preparation of documents related to property listings, including reporting spreadsheets and press releases.
  • Create both print and digital marketing packages and presentations for property listings.
  • Assist research analysts with the creation of market aerial maps and demographic research as needed.
  • Support various computer-related marketing tasks, including email signature design and document styling in accordance with SRS brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Team-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and capacity to meet critical deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred in fields such as marketing, graphic design, advertising, finance, or business.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong grammar skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Preferred experience in email marketing, public relations, social media, and database management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
