Bilingual Client Relations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to oversee client relations and business growth.
Position Summary
This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business avenues while ensuring client satisfaction through effective product sales and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Compile and finalize documentation as requested by clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our offerings can fulfill those needs.
- Deliver presentations showcasing the company and its products to both potential and existing clients.
- Travel within the designated region to connect with clients, solicit orders, and provide product insights.
- Showcase products through demonstrations or promotional materials, highlighting key features.
- Prepare pricing quotes, detailed cost analyses, and sales contracts for secured orders; maintain comprehensive client records.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, including long-term agreements.
- Estimate delivery timelines based on inventory and logistics knowledge.
- Generate sales activity reports and manage expense accounts.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and relevant industry information.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, acting as the primary contact for major clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance product visibility and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to keep account activities current.
- Communicate client needs, pricing expectations, specifications, delivery requirements, and quality concerns to various internal departments.
- Oversee the timeline and performance of product development and mass production deliveries, addressing issues promptly.
- Translate marketing and product documents from Japanese to English for client distribution.
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving financial or quality-related issues.
- Assist the Accounting team in investigating delayed payments from clients.
2. Marketing Insights
- Support the Sales Director in predicting sales trends and advising on competitive pricing strategies.
- Analyze and assess competitor product activities.
- Gather production planning information from clients to facilitate new business opportunities and optimize inventory management.
3. Customer Support
- Address initial quality concerns raised by clients and facilitate solutions.
- Develop comprehensive profiles for assigned accounts to ensure timely payment and gather relevant financial data.
Additional Responsibilities
- Enhance product knowledge and familiarize yourself with market trends.
- Continuously seek improvements in work processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Complete special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
- Regularly travel to meet with clients as necessary.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed diligently.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all workplace interactions.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors and colleagues.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Support the implementation of quality control systems in line with industry standards.

Educational Background
