Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and nurture existing client relationships across various accounts, which includes but is not limited to:
    • Creating and submitting precise quotations while tracking win/loss outcomes
    • Evaluating, processing, and submitting customer purchase orders
    • Preparing and entering customer forecasts for analysis
    • Processing customer orders with attention to detail
    • Managing customer documentation requests such as PPAPs and manuals
    • Addressing and submitting customer quality concerns
    • Handling customer sample requests efficiently
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Activity Reports
  • Develop and present Yearly Customer Forecast Business Plans
Additional Support Duties:
  • Assist in securing customer purchase order coverage for surplus and outdated materials
  • Engage in critical shipment and shutdown scenarios as needed
  • Collaborate with accounting to address accounts receivable aging, collections, and credit evaluations
Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Commitment to open communication and teamwork
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
