Key Responsibilities:

This role involves delivering exceptional client service to multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to clients by educating them on our banking services and offerings.
  • Ensuring that all client materials are timely, accurate, and complete, while diligently following up on requests from clients and FAs.
  • Assisting in aligning practices with the bank's policies to promote operational excellence and manage risk effectively.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships by highlighting our offerings and integrating banking solutions into their daily practices.
  • Supporting team activities and needs, including stepping in during absences or peak periods, while maintaining a client-first approach.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licenses.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of the industry and investment products.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
