Responsabilidades:
- Fomentar y mantener relaciones sólidas con cuentas empresariales.
- Aumentar la participación de mercado dentro de las cuentas asignadas para cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas.
- Asegurar la satisfacción y retención del cliente a través de una comunicación proactiva y resolución de problemas.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para ofrecer experiencias al cliente sin interrupciones.
- Realizar visitas a cuentas, viajando según sea necesario.
- Proporcionar actualizaciones y reportes regulares sobre el estado de las cuentas, crecimiento de ingresos y satisfacción del cliente.
Requisitos Mínimos:
- Éxito en Ventas Comprobado: Más de 5 años de experiencia demostrada en cumplir y superar objetivos de ventas en industrias B2B, SaaS, salud, farmacéutica o de farmacia.
- Gestión Estratégica de Cuentas: Experiencia en el desarrollo y ejecución de planes estratégicos de cuentas que impulsen el crecimiento y maximicen el valor para el cliente.
- Competencia Técnica: Capacidad para entender y comunicar conceptos técnicos relacionados con soluciones SaaS, con un historial de ventas exitosas de productos complejos.
- Habilidades Analíticas: Fuertes habilidades analíticas para evaluar el rendimiento de las cuentas, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y abordar desafíos de manera efectiva.
- Experiencia en Negociación: Habilidades de negociación comprobadas con la capacidad de cerrar grandes acuerdos y gestionar renovaciones de contratos para asegurar términos favorables.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en ventas empresariales.
- Experiencia con cuentas empresariales y clientes a gran escala.
- Familiaridad con software de CRM y herramientas de ventas.
