A prominent global manufacturer in the automotive parts sector is actively looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to enhance their operations.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support and logistics management, coupled with a collaborative and positive attitude.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that includes a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Relations Specialist:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding order inquiries, logistics updates, and any questions or concerns via phone and email.
- Process purchase orders and return requests, ensuring that logistics data and sales activities are accurately recorded in the company systems.

- Assist in product pricing and generate quotations for clients.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors (both domestic and international) to guarantee timely product delivery.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO / IATF standards to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Client Relations Specialist:

- An associate's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support, procurement, inventory management, or inside sales, ideally within a manufacturing context.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a diverse environment.
- Strong analytical and time management capabilities.

While performing the responsibilities of this role, candidates may be required to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
