- Provide technical assistance for application-related issues by diagnosing problems and offering solutions.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
- Competence in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Prior experience in troubleshooting technical issues is preferred.
- Familiarity with server environments such as Linux and Windows is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive R&D is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with IT networking and scripting is beneficial.
