The Opportunity:

We are in search of a seasoned and meticulous Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic Property Management Company. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance, outstanding organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify financial risks and opportunities, driving improvements across the organization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial practices.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably within the property management sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles and practices, including GAAP.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
