Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
This role will provide essential support to a team of professionals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming clients upon arrival and serving as the initial point of contact for incoming calls.
- Managing office mail, including the collection, distribution, and processing of packages.
- Handling electronic check processing and maintaining organized records.
- Preparing monthly employee birthday reports and coordinating greetings.
- Ensuring the reception and conference areas are well-stocked and tidy.
- Assisting with printing and binding tasks as required.
- Coordinating internal team events, including room setup and catering arrangements.
- Managing service requests for office equipment and maintenance needs.
- Organizing storage spaces and maintaining inventory for office supplies.
- Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires in collaboration with the onboarding team.
- Performing data entry and maintenance within Salesforce, while participating in ongoing training.
- Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas and ensuring supplies are replenished.
- Providing backup support to other office locations as necessary.
- Processing employee charitable contributions.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Outlook applications.
Competencies:
- A self-motivated individual with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
