Position Overview: The Financial Analysis Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the evaluation, selection, and synthesis of key performance metrics and various analytical reports tailored to fulfill both internal and client-specific business needs. This role encompasses responsibilities in financial, business, or budget analysis under the guidance of senior management. Additionally, the position involves aiding in the implementation of enhancements aimed at optimizing process workflows throughout the client contract and within PPC Partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance Metrics: Compile and assess all financial performance indicators for the business unit, including but not limited to project budget versus estimate comparisons, project profitability assessments, business unit profit and loss statements, equipment utilization rates, and return on investment calculations.
  • Cost Reporting: Generate and deliver monthly and year-to-date project cost and hours reports to clients, encompassing all direct-billed project management, professional services, labor, subcontractor expenses, and equipment costs.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a key point of contact for major clients' operational teams regarding project and financial reporting.
  • Billing Accruals: Provide monthly billing accruals for the Project Management Office and operational jobs to clients, ensuring timely submission.
  • Project Completion Reporting: Calculate and report project completion percentages for all major projects by the designated reporting date.
  • Weekly Reporting: Deliver weekly reports detailing billing hours categorized by job and project management office to the client's construction management team.
  • Consumable Spending Reports: Present monthly reports on consumable expenditures to the client's construction management team.
  • Invoice Generation: Review and create detailed invoices for clients, outlining charges for project management, professional services, labor, subcontractors, and equipment, ensuring compliance with client-specific formats.
  • Value Tracking: Monitor and document added value achievements, providing quarterly reports to clients.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with operations to develop revenue forecasts and financial models.

In this role, the Financial Analysis Coordinator will contribute significantly to the financial health and operational efficiency of PPC Partners, ensuring that all financial activities align with the company's strategic objectives.
