Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate records of property deeds, exemptions, and permits.
  • Research and verify ownership documents for properties.
  • Perform advanced clerical duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and financial analysis.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries related to taxation and assessment.
  • Assist with specialized bookkeeping work and maintain financial records.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years of recent clerical work experience in a financial setting, with significant computer work.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to meet quality standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous municipal experience in customer service or financial inquiries.
  • Additional training in business courses or software applications.
