Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Provide solutions to customer needs and concerns, enhancing long-term relationships
- Develop new accounts and grow business in existing accounts within the established geographic territory
- Collaborate with sales management, marketing, and corporate administration to achieve sales objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/business experience
- Minimum of two years of prior sales or marketing experience
- Ability to travel within territory daily, with occasional need to travel outside territory within region
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
- Prior sales or marketing experience with medical devices or within a hospital medical environment
- Proven track record of success
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
