Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Eloquest Healthcare, Inc., a subsidiary of Ferndale Pharma Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hospitals in the assigned territory, gaining formulary acceptance and department utilization of products, and increasing sales of Eloquest products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside business-to-business sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. A 4-year degree in business or a related science is preferred, but 10 years of selling experience in the hospital segment can be considered in lieu of a degree.

The Territory Manager will work closely with hospital P&T committees, Value Analysis Committees, purchasing departments, physicians, and nurses to gain formulary acceptance and department utilization of products. The focus will be on increasing sales of Eloquest products and gaining market share with the ultimate goal of greater profitability for the organization.

The successful candidate will be required to travel approximately 15-20% of the time, with frequent overnight travel (approximately 3-5 overnights per month). A valid driver's license is required, and proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory due to customer requirements.

We offer a competitive benefits package, training, and the option of a company car or car allowance (including gas and insurance). The starting base compensation range for our Territory Managers is $75-85k, with uncapped commission (1st year estimate ~ $100-110k).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hospitals in assigned territory in accordance with marketing plans, promotional strategies, and company policies.
  • Gain formulary acceptance and department utilization of products by working effectively with hospital P&T committees, Value Analysis Committees, purchasing departments, physicians, and nurses.
  • Focus on increasing sales of Eloquest products and gaining market share with the ultimate goal of greater profitability for the organization.
  • Support and adhere to Eloquest's Core Values of Responsibility, Authenticity, Drive, Collaboration, and Compassion through demonstrated behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years outside business-to-business sales experience.
  • 4-year degree in business or a related science, or 10 years of selling experience in the hospital segment.
