Job Title: Multi-Unit Territory Sales Manager

The Boy Scouts of America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Unit Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing multiple retail stores, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales financial objectives, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing performance variances.
  2. Store Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers for locations within your territory, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with wholesale accounts, providing value-added services such as ordering, merchandising expertise, and problem-solving to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
  2. Travel: Ability to travel within assigned territory based on Manager's direction and business needs (
