Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally outside of the territory
