Job Overview: Sales Assistant

Audacy, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Assistant to enhance our professional team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to Sales Managers and Account Executives, engaging in various projects within a vibrant and fast-paced atmosphere. A solid command of MS Office or Google Workspace, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to perform well under pressure are vital. A college degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Managers and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, including data analysis, proposal development, order processing, and more.
  • Oversee copy production, client approvals, and coordinate with the traffic department.
  • Generate expense reports, management summaries, and maintain up-to-date station information for presentations.
  • Organize and facilitate internal meetings, providing additional support as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with sales/media software such as WideOrbit and vCreative.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma is mandatory; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience is required.
